When is the tuition due?
Tuition is charged for students on ACC before the start of the session.
How do I set up/cancel Automatic Billing with a credit card?
Setup: Submit your credit card information in person or by phone.

Does Automatic Billing continue through the summer?

Can I get a refund/credit if my child misses a class?
All programs
* No credit or refunds will be issued for missed classes.

I referred a friend. When will my $50 referral coupon be applied?
* Coupon will be applied to the session following the friend’s starting session.

Can I transfer credit between programs or siblings?
* Transfers between programs can only be processed at the end of a session or with a $30 processing fee.

What are the fees for early drop off and late pick up?
Supervised Homework Time: $10/hour.
