School Year - Terms & Conditions
- Students attending Brighter Future Learning Center should be at a maturity level such that they do not have behavior problems that include, but not limited to, posting hateful or disruptive comments, taking part in sending inappropriate remarks, sending repetitive or irrelevant messages, etc. Engaging in these types of activities may lead to immediate termination of a student’s enrollment without tuition refund.
- No partial credits or refunds shall be given for missed classes or mid-session cancellations. Teachers and staff will work with students to make up missed classes.
- Membership Payment Policy:
Membership at Brighter Future lasts one academic year. Our convenient automatic payment system will process payments at the start of each session.
It is mandatory to email us (billing@thebflc.com) a cancellation request at least 5 days before the first day of the upcoming session to avoid tuition payment being processed. Once the session has started, there will be no refunds.

- New families are bound to our policy of a one-time $50 registration fee.
- I, hereby, grant Brighter Future permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of my child.
- Purpose of Use
- I understand these images may be used for the following purposes:
- Official website and social media pages.
- Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, newsletters).
- Internal presentations or educational displays.
- Terms of Agreement
- No Compensation: I agree that neither I nor my child will receive any financial compensation for the use of these images.
- Ownership: I acknowledge that Brighter Future owns the rights to the finished photos/videos.
- I understand these images may be used for the following purposes:

Summer - Terms and Conditions

- No credit or refund will be issued for missed classes.
- Camp weeks or program can be switched for equal or less value.
- Camps can be upgraded, differences of the tuition will be calculated at the time of upgrade.
- No refunds or credits after registration.
- I, hereby, grant Brighter Future permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of my child.

- I understand these images may be used for the following purposes:
- Official website and social media pages.
- Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, newsletters).

- Instant referral bonuses will be applied for referrals that register for AM or Full Day Camps.
